When planning schedules for inspectors it is important to know their availability. Use this page to set the days that an inspector is fully available, partially available, or not available. At the top of the page is a drop down list to select an inspector to work with.

 

All availability settings affect the Work Schedule and the Calendar.

 

By default, every inspector is available every day, and the entry is coloured white. The Y button will set this day as available for the current inspector.

Click the 1/2 button to indicate that the current inspector is available for 1/2 of this day. The entry is coloured white and dark grey.

Click the NO button to indicate that the current inspector is not available at all on this date. The entry is coloured dark grey.
