Calendar
OVERVIEW
The calendar appears on the home page and shows your own personal visits for the next 7 days based on the approved work schedule. The calendar also show who is on holiday based on the availability page, and who is covering one of your assigned sites in your absence, based on the jobs assigned on the manage users page.

Sunday
I have no inspections to make, and user AK (initials) is on leave today.
Monday
I have 2 inspections to make today, in the order they are listed. Nobody is on leave.
Tuesday
I have no inspections to make today and I'm not on leave myself, therefore this is a day that could be filled with one or more inspections.
Wednesday
The day is coloured dark grey indicating that I am away. Other users will see 'On Leave:TW' on their own calendars. Adam Kelly is visiting one of my sites in my absence.
